What can I say…

I didn't start here.

I spent over 20 years in Corporate America, raised two children on my own, and carried around a lot of unfinished emotional business I didn't know what to do with. I was successful by most measures and secretly falling apart internally.

So I started looking. Gestalt therapy, NLP, Jungian work, inner child work, spiritual practice, every workshop I could find. I felt like Alice falling down the rabbit hole into a whole new world.

What I found at the bottom of it was myself.

That journey eventually led me to the Gestalt Institute of Atlanta, where I spent several years as Director, Gestalt Practitioner, and NLP trainer. Then I went out on my own.

That was 20 years ago.

Since then I've worked with individuals, couples, teams, and organizations across the US and Europe. I've facilitated women's retreats in Croatia and Sweden. I've coached State Farm agents, Chick Fil’A executives, artists, entrepreneurs, and people who just knew something needed to change but couldn't name what.

The through line in all of it is the same: awareness. Not as a concept. As a practice. As something you build, moment by moment, until it changes how you move through the world.

I work from a foundation of Gestalt therapy, NLP, and mindfulness. My style is direct, warm, and honest. I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll help you see what you've been avoiding.

I grew up in Sweden with Croatian roots, which means I've always had a slightly sideways view of things. I speak several languages, including body language, which I consider my real superpower.

My credentials include Certified Gestalt Therapy Practitioner, Certified Master NLP Practitioner & NLP Practitioner, Registered Business Coach,Sacred Healing Minister, and I hold a degree in Human Services & Social Work.
