Adela Raffa is an international coach, speaker, and facilitator with 20 years of experience helping people get unstuck, communicate with more honesty, and show up more fully in their lives and work.

Her background spans Gestalt therapy, NLP, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. She has worked with individuals, leadership teams, women's groups, spiritual communities, and small business owners across the US and Europe.

She doesn't deliver polished keynotes from a distance. She brings her actual life into the room: the losses, the lessons, and the hard-won clarity that comes from doing this work on herself first.

Born in Sweden with Croatian roots, based in Atlanta, and facilitating retreats internationally, Adela brings a perspective that is cross-cultural, deeply human, and grounded in 20 years of practice.
